Preheat your oven to 400°. Once heated, roast hazelnuts on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes.
Once roasted and cooled slightly, pour the hazelnuts onto a towel. Cover them with the towel and roll them, pressing lightly, to remove any loose skins. It’s okay if not all of the skin comes off, just do your best here.
In a food processor or high powered blender, combine hazelnuts, milk and cold brew. Blend until as smooth as you can get it. You may need to scrape the edges a few times.
Add in the protein powder, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and maple syrup and blend until evenly combined.
Serve on anything you’d like from toast to crepes or even fresh fruit!
