Chimichurri Sauce

Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 small shallot, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • ¼ tsp red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Measure all ingredients and place into blender or a food processor.
  • Grate/blend ingredients until desired consistency. I wanted mine a little more thick as opposed to runny, but the choice is yours!
  • Let cool in the fridge while cooking your dinner and serve when ready!

Notes

The sauce may harden slightly when refrigerated, but that's totally normal! Just remove it from the fridge when you're ready to eat it and stir until smooth.
