Ingredients
  

"Bunny" Mary
  • 4 oz carrot juice (can sub tomato juice)
  • 2 oz vodka or tequila (can sub non alcoholic version for mocktails)
  • 2 oz pickle juice or olive brine (can do 1 oz of each)
  • squeeze lemon
  • 2 dashes hot sauce
  • 2 dashes coconut aminos (can sub worcestershire sauce or soy sauce)
  • 3 grinds black pepper (optional)
  • 1 pinch cayenne (optional)
  • ½ tsp horseradish (optional)
  • 1 tsp celery salt
Garnishes (optional)
  • cherry tomato
  • olives
  • celery stalks
  • cocktail skewer or toothpick

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker or tall glass with ice. Shake or stir to combine.
  2. Create the look of a “bunny” by using celery stalks and a cherry tomato sandwiched between two olives on a cocktail garnish skewer or toothpick.
