2tbspghee(can sub butter or sub olive oil or avocado oil for dairy free)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°.
Chop your cauliflower into florets, then coat in a bowl with olive oil or avocado oil.
Toss the cauliflower florets with the tapioca starch/flour until coated evenly.
Space out cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Ensure that they are not touching so that they cook best.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Melt the ghee and mix with the buffalo or hot sauce until combined.
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and coat each piece in the sauce/ghee mixture.
Bake the cauliflower for 10 more minutes, then broil on high (500°) for 2-5 minutes with the oven door cracked. Be sure to watch the cauliflower during this time as it can burn easily!
