Method
- Brew espresso and add to a jar or shaker with brown sugar or coconut sugar, cinnamon and a small handful of ice.
- Cover with a lid and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. It’ll be ready when it’s frothy and chilled.
- Pour the coffee into a glass, add in lots of ice and pour in the creamer or milk. Taste to see if you want a little more creamer or milk and adjust if needed.
Notes
Tips & what I use:
- You don’t need a fancy espresso machine! A moka pot is around $15 and works great.
- I use coconut sugar and dairy free/sugar free creamer to keep mine paleo.
- If you like it sweeter, use more sugar!
- Cinnamon is optional but it really adds something!
- Be sure to shake it suuuuper well to get it frothy and chilled before adding to a glass.
