Blended Vanilla Coconut Iced Latte

Ingredients
  

Blended Vanilla Coconut Iced Latte
  • 2 shots espresso
  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop Cymbiotika nootropic creamer
  • pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder (optional, for added protein and sweetness/flavor)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional, for additional sweetness as desired)
Toppings (optional)
  • ¼ cup almond milk, frothed
  • sprinkle toasted coconut flakes

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Blend all of the latte ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Note that if the coconut cream separates, simply keep blending until it incorporates.
  2. In a tall glass, add ice, then pour in your latte.
  3. If you'd like, top with a little frothed milk and toasted coconut flakes. Enjoy!
