Air Fryer Pigs in a Blanket

Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cassava flour
  • 1 tsp garlic power
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • cup water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 package mini hot dogs/cocktail sausages (~30 pieces, give or take)

Instructions
 

  • Mix together the cassava flour, garlic powder, onion powder, water, olive oil and salt until thoroughly mixed.
  • Using your hands, form the dough into a tight ball, then refrigerate it for 10 minutes.
  • Count how many mini hot dogs/cocktail sausages you have, then break apart the dough into that many equal pieces.
  • Tightly pack each piece into a little ball and use the warmth of your hands and fingers to make sure they are firm and are not cracking.
  • Roll the dough around each mini hot dog/cocktail sausage, again using the warmth of your fingers and hands to mend any cracks or imperfections. Take your time here!
  • Bake the pigs in a blanket in an air fryer at 400℉ for 8-10 minutes.
  • Serve with sauce(s) of choice and enjoy!
