Instructions
Mix together the cassava flour, garlic powder, onion powder, water, olive oil and salt until thoroughly mixed.
Using your hands, form the dough into a tight ball, then refrigerate it for 10 minutes.
Count how many mini hot dogs/cocktail sausages you have, then break apart the dough into that many equal pieces.
Tightly pack each piece into a little ball and use the warmth of your hands and fingers to make sure they are firm and are not cracking.
Roll the dough around each mini hot dog/cocktail sausage, again using the warmth of your fingers and hands to mend any cracks or imperfections. Take your time here!
Bake the pigs in a blanket in an air fryer at 400℉ for 8-10 minutes.
