Add heavy cream straight from the fridge to your bowl. If you'd like, you can chill your bowl and mixing attachments in the freezer 30 minutes prior to making.
Mix continuously on high until the cream is thick and the texture of whipped cream.
Add the protein powder and vanilla and mix until just combined.
Use as a topping for ice cream, iced coffee or whatever you'd like!
