Protein Whipped Cream

Equipment

  • Stand or Hand Mixer

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Add heavy cream straight from the fridge to your bowl. If you'd like, you can chill your bowl and mixing attachments in the freezer 30 minutes prior to making.
  • Mix continuously on high until the cream is thick and the texture of whipped cream.
  • Add the protein powder and vanilla and mix until just combined.
  • Use as a topping for ice cream, iced coffee or whatever you'd like!
