Instructions
Brew coffee and heat up your almond milk in a glass cup for 45 seconds in the microwave.
Add collagen and pumpkin spice/cinnamon (and optional add ins) to the almond milk and froth with milk frother. I love the Milk Boss Milk Frother from Zulay Kitchen for an affordable option. Froth for 45 seconds and watch the milk mixture double in size.
Pour the frothed almond milk mixture into the coffee and enjoy!
Notes
For Whole30, sub vanilla collagen for unflavored and add 1/2-1 tsp of natural compliant vanilla.
