Dairy & Sugar Free Vanilla Latte

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup freshly brewed coffee
  • ΒΌ cup vanilla almond milk (I use MALK Organics)
  • 1 rounded scoop vanilla collagen (I used Further Food, use unflavored for W30)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin spice (I use Simply Organic)

Optional Add Ins

  • 1 tbsp MCT oil or coconut oil (I use Garden of Life)
  • CBD tincture

Instructions
 

  • Brew coffee and heat up your almond milk in a glass cup for 45 seconds in the microwave.
  • Add collagen and pumpkin spice/cinnamon (and optional add ins) to the almond milk and froth with milk frother. I love the Milk Boss Milk Frother from Zulay Kitchen for an affordable option. Froth for 45 seconds and watch the milk mixture double in size.
  • Pour the frothed almond milk mixture into the coffee and enjoy!

Notes

For Whole30, sub vanilla collagen for unflavored and add 1/2-1 tsp of natural compliant vanilla.
