Ingredients

white rice

water

avocado oil

salt

cilantro, chopped

tbsp
lime, juiced
Instructions
Combine rice, water, avocado oil and salt in a medium saucepan on the stove and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and cover. Let the rice simmer for 15 minutes or until no water remains.
Remove from heat to cool slightly, then move to a bowl.
Mix in the chopped cilantro and fresh lime. Add more salt to taste and serve!
