Welcome to my Weekly Meal Plan – Week of 09/07/20! Having to cook is enough work, I’m here to take the guess work out of what’s on the menu each week with these curated meal plans. Each Friday I share a Meal Plan with recipes that will make you feel great and satisfied! Included you’ll find a list of a few different recipe ideas, a grocery list and a meal planning calendar.

Weekly Meal Plan – Week of 09/07/20

Last week I finished my third round of Whole30, so I am currently in the reintroduction phase. It went so fast and I can’t believe it’s over already! Since I’m in this reintroduction phase, all of the recipes in this plan are Whole30 compliant. Don’t worry, though. They’re so delicious even the most picky eater in your family will have no idea these meals are healthy!

If you’re reintroducing as well, feel free to add different foods back in as you see fit with your needs. If you aren’t doing Whole30 at all, please add in any grains, cheese, etc. to any meals of your choosing! Make it yours and make it delicious!

You call the shots!

Feel free to make and enjoy these recipes on any day that fits into your schedule. You can even swap a lunch suggestion for dinner and vice versa. It’s your call!

Keep in mind that if you’re in a two person household or maybe will just be eating these recipes solo (which I sometimes do despite my household number!), it is likely that there will be leftovers, so plan ahead for that! Nothing better than having dinner leftovers for lunch, right? Makes the next day so easy! If you have a fuller house, go ahead and double any recipe you want more of. You know your home best!

The Recipes

Below you’ll find links to the recommended recipes for a week full of delicious and nourishing KK&F Whole30 meals. If you’d like to swap out a recipe, search “Whole30” in the search bar for lots of additional options. You can also print out the meal planning sheet at the end of the Weekly Meal Plan document to map out your week. Now, let’s get cooking!

Breakfast:

  • Quiche with Potato Crust

Lunch:

  • Chicken Salad Lettuce Wraps
  • Steak Salad w/ Chimichurri
  • Burger Bowl

Snacks:

  • Deviled Eggs & Veggies
  • Brussels Sprout Chips w/ Special Sauce

Dinner:

  • Orange Chicken w/ Steamed Broccoli
  • Creamy Spaghetti Squash w/ Cassava Flour Breaded Chicken
  • Asian Inspired Meatballs w/ Broccolini & Pine Nuts
