This Tropical Green Smoothie is a completely balanced way to start your day as it is full of protein, fiber, healthy fats and greens.
Tropical Green Smoothie
When opting for a smoothie during meal time, it’s important to choose one that is balanced and full of nutrients in order to keep you full and avoid a sugar crash. To do this, you need to ensure that the smoothie includes healthy fat and protein alongside the nutritious produce. This Tropical Green Smoothie checks all of those boxes so you can start your day off right!
Thick or Thin
If you like your smoothies on the thinner side, you can add more liquid. If you like them thicker, either use less liquid or add a touch more fruit and cauliflower!
Make it Your Own
To make this recipe meet your needs, feel free to use your favorite type of milk/nut milk (or opt for water) and add in your favorite protein powder, which can customize this smoothie to be great for vegetarians and vegans alike!
