This Strawberry Mango Salsa is bursting with fresh flavor and is the perfect topping for tacos of all kinds and is a tortilla chip’s best friend. It only takes a few minutes to make with just a handful of simple ingredients, but it is sure to be a crowd pleaser despite the little effort!

This easy salsa recipe only requires a handful of fresh, simple ingredients. Whip it up in the matter of minutes by combining:

  • strawberries
  • avocado
  • lime juice
  • red onion
  • cilantro
  • paprika

Ingredients Method Notes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 mangos, cubed or diced
  • 2 cups strawberries, diced or sliced
  • 2 avocados, cubed
  • 1 lime, juice of
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped fine
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Chop, dice and slice all ingredients and combine in a large bowl.
  2. Mix together until evenly combined.
  3. Enjoy with chips of choice or on tacos or salads!
