Strawberry Lavender Chicken Salad
This easy recipe is one you’ll want to have on hand weekly. It takes almost no time to make with minimal effort and just a few real food ingredients.
Plus, you can easily adjust this recipe to fit your preferences or even tweak it to what you already have at home. Feel free to add in herbs or spices that you love, use your favorite nuts or leave them out completely, and serve this chicken salad with whatever you’d like!

Strawberry Lavender Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries, diced
- 1-2 lbs chicken, cooked and cubed
- 6-8 small stalks celery, diced
- 1 cup chopped nuts (I use half pecans and half walnuts)
- ¾ cup avocado mayo (I use Primal Kitchen Foods or Chosen Foods avocado mayo)
- 2 tbsp dried lavender
- ¼-½ red onion, diced
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix gently until combined.
- Serve in lettuce wraps, with crackers, in a sandwich or potato chips!
