This Salted Brownie Granola tastes decadent all while being naturally sweetened and packed with nutrients from real ingredients. I love that it is customizable from the nuts and seeds used so you can use what you have on hand or pick your favorites and it’s also great for tailoring to the level of sweetness that you prefer. I may never buy store-bought granola again!
Salted Brownie Granola
When I first made this granola, my dad walked into the kitchen and asked if he smelled brownies baking. Not quite, but honestly, this granola truly does have a brownie taste to it (hence the name, of course). It is absolutely delicious, packed with nutrients from nuts and seeds and is naturally sweetened with a quick homemade date paste and choice of maple syrup.

- ½ cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup pecans
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- ½ tsp salt

- Spread out the mixture onto the parchment lined baking sheet making it as thin of a layer as you can.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping the granola half way through the bake time.

- Once cool, break up the granola and store in an airtight container to be enjoyed throughout the month!

This is 1000/10!!!!! By far THE BEST granola I have made, let alone ever had. I love how simple and real the ingredients are while being absolutely delicious. I decided to make it last night, and half the container was gone before breakfast this morning due to my obsessed kids and husband!
