A NOTE ON CALORIE COUNT, NUTRITIONAL INFO AND SERVING SIZES
Due to my past experiences, I do not include most of the above information within my recipes as it is unsafe for me to do so personally. While I try to share a rough estimate when it comes to the serving size, please note that it is very subjective as we all have different hunger levels both from person to person and even from meal to meal.
If any of the above information is important to you, I understand! We are all different and have various goals and needs. If you’d like, you are welcome to calculate the information needed based on the ingredients you use when making one of my recipes.

PopCorn on the Cob Treats
Equipment
- 8 square sheets of brown parchment paper
Ingredients
- 1 10 oz package mini marshmallows (vegan, as needed)
- ¼ cup butter (vegan, as needed)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 9 cups popcorn (I use LesserEvil Pumpkin Spice)
- ¼-½ cup chocolate candies (I use Lakanto chocolate gems for fall colors)
Instructions
- Prep the parchment paper “husks” by folding each piece equally into 8 pieces, accordion style.
- Next, cut out a thin, pointy triangle from one of the ends, then set the parchment paper pieces aside.
- In a skillet on the stove over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Then, add in marshmallows, mixing consistently until melted.
- Once melted, stir in the vanilla.
- Add popcorn to a large bowl, then pour in the marshmallow, gently mixing and evenly coating.
- Next, you can either mix in the candies which will create a darker color as the candy may melt some (which looks great for a fall treat!) or you can press candies into the completed “cobs” after step 9.
- Form the corn sob shapes with your hands.
- Wrap each cob in the parchment paper “husks,” twist the end of the paper at the bottom and pull down some of the points for a more natural look.
