This Piña Colada Smoothie is made with just 4 simple ingredients and one of them happens to be a hidden veggie! It’s a great balanced way to start your day or is a perfect poolside treat with or without a splash of rum.
Piña Colada Smoothie
What you’ll need:
- Frozen Pineapple
- Coconut Milk
- Frozen Cauliflower
- Vanilla Protein Powder

- As always, use a protein powder or collagen option that you actually like the taste of and that works with you dietary needs!
Optional add ins:
- Honey (if you want it sweeter)
- Vanilla Rum (if you want a boozy treat!)
Optional garnishes:
- Pineapple Wedge
- Cherries
- Whipped Topping

Piña Colada Smoothie
Equipment
- 1 High Powered Blender
Ingredients
Piña Colada Smoothie
- 1 ½ cup frozen pineapple
- ¼ cup frozen cauliflower
- ¾-1 cup coconut milk (use more or less depending on thickness preference)
- 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
Optional Add Ins
- 2 tbsp honey (optional, if you like your smoothies sweeter)
- 1 oz vanilla rum (optional, if you want a boozy option)
Instructions
- Blend together your ingredients until smooth.
- If you like a thinner smoothie, add more coconut milk. If you want it sweeter, add honey. If you want it boozy, add rum. Enjoy!
