A NOTE ON CALORIE COUNT, NUTRITIONAL INFO AND SERVING SIZES

Due to my past experiences, I do not include most of the above information within my recipes as it is unsafe for me to do so personally. While I try to share a rough estimate when it comes to the serving size, please note that it is very subjective as we all have different hunger levels both from person to person and even from meal to meal.

If any of the above information is important to you, I understand! We are all different and have various goals and needs. If you’d like, you are welcome to calculate the information needed based on the ingredients you use when making one of my recipes.

I hope you understand! This comes from a place of love and protection both for myself and others like me. If you ever have any questions, send me an Instagram message for the quickest response time! Thank you for being here!

Prep Time 20 minutes mins
Cook Time 20 minutes mins
Total Time 40 minutes mins
Course: Appetizer, Snack
Ingredients Method

Ingredients

  • 12 oz cooked gluten free farfalle pasta (I use 1 box of Jovial Foods)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tbsp garlic powder
  • ½ tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • generous pinch of salt, to your liking

Method

  1. Prepare the pasta according to the box instructions.
  2. While preparing the pasta, preheat your oven to 400℉ and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. After draining your pasta, immediately cover in the olive oil and toss together to ensure the pasta does not stick together.
  4. Once coated, add in the remaining ingredients and toss until all of the pasta is evenly coated. You can taste a piece or two here to see if it is seasoned/salted to your liking.
  5. Space out the pasta onto the two parchment lined baking sheets, ensuring they are not overlapping so that they get as crunchy as possible.
  6. Bake 20-22 minutes, checking starting at 18 minutes as every oven varies slightly.
  7. Once done, they will be a deep golden color and super crunchy.
  8. Serve with sauce of choice and enjoy!
