These Hydrating Mango Popsicles are the perfecting nourishing treat to cool down with by the pool or pop into a bubbly beverage. They’re easy to make and are packed with refreshing and naturally sweet flavor!
Hydrating Mango Popsicles
These delicious popsicles are made with just 6 simple, real food ingredients and are the perfect pick me up or treat to have stored in the freezer. They’re great for both kids and adults and are packed with nutrients in each refreshing bite (or lick!).
What you’ll need:
- Mango
- Honey
- Coconut Mango Smoothie (click here for the one I use!)
- Note: If you can’t grab one of these, just opt for 1/4 cup coconut cream, 1/4 cup coconut water and 1/2 cup additional mango)
- Yogurt of choice (click here for the one I use!)
- Lime
- Salt

Hydrating Mango Popsicles
Equipment
- Blender
- Popsicle Mold
Ingredients
Mango Popsicle
- 2 cups mango, cubed
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 cup Harmless Harvest Coconut Mango Smoothie (can sub ¼ cup coconut water, ¼ cup coconut cream & ½ cup mango)
Coconut Lime Topper
- ½ cup yogurt (I use Harmless Harvest coconut yogurt)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- tiny pinch salt
Garnishes (Optional)
- lime zest
- tahin
Instructions
- Blend together mango popsicle ingredients until completely smooth.
- Pour the contents into popsicle molds, leaving a little room at the top for the Coconut Lime Topper.
- Freeze for 1-2 hours.
- Mix together the coconut lime topper ingredients and spoon it on top of the half frozen popsicles.
- Add the popsicles back to the freezer to finish freezing (3 hours-overnight).
- Remove the popsicles from the mold and enjoy!
