Homemade Ranch Veggie Cups
What you’ll need:
- Mayo
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Chives
- Cilantro
- Dill
- Salt & Pepper
- Veggies
Notes:
- You can opt to use either fresh or dried herbs for this recipe, however I prefer dried because it allows the ranch to last longer and then you have them on hand more frequently!
- Choose whatever veggies you like best! I used:
- Baby Broccoli
- Cauliflower
- Rainbow Carrots
- Mini Cucumbers
- Snap Peas
Homemade Mayo
I always, always, always use homemade mayo anytime a recipe calls for mayonnaise. It is SO easy, seriously. It takes 30 seconds-2 minutes total depending on the recipe you choose.
I have both a paleo/Whole30 recipe and an egg-free/vegan recipe. Both are so amazing and my family and friends cannot believe how good they are. Even those that don’t love mayo typically love these!
Note that you absolutely have to use an immersion blender for this recipe to work. Click here for the one I use! You also need to use a wide mouth jar, as shown in the photos, so that the immersion blender fits into it perfectly. Click here for the ones my family loves!

A NOTE ON CALORIE COUNT, NUTRITIONAL INFO AND SERVING SIZES
Due to my past experiences, I do not include most of the above information within my recipes as it is unsafe for me to do so personally.
