This High Protein Buffalo Chicken Dip tastes just like the classic but is made with cottage cheese giving it at extra protein boost! But don’t worry, if you’re not a huge cottage cheese fan, I’m not either! I love to incorporate it into my diet but always blend it until smooth for a better texture. Plus, you can’t taste the difference in the recipe! I promise.

High Protein Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, shredded
- ½ cup cottage cheese
- ¼ cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 ½ cup cheese, shredded (½ cup to mix in, 1 cup to sprinkle on top)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350℉.
- Prepare your chicken. I boil mine on the stove until cooked through then shred it using a stand mixer.
- Blend together the cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper until smooth.
- In a baking dish, combine the shredded chicken, cottage cheese mixture and ½ cup of the shredded cheese. Stir to combine, then press down lightly to spread it into the baking dish evenly.
- Sprinkle an even layer of the remaining 1 cup of cheese on top, then bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Top with green onions and serve with chips, veggies, or whatever you wish! This dip is also delicious in a wrap or served with greens. Enjoy!
