Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte
Ingredients
- 1 cup coffee
- 1 tbsp pure pumpkin purée
- ½ tsp pumpkin spice (can sub cinnamon, I use Simply Organic Foods)
- ¼ cup vanilla almond milk (I use MALK Organics)
- 2 tbsp vanilla creamer (can sub for more almond milk, but I use Nutpods)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 scoop vanilla collagen or protein powder (optional but helps with froth, I use Further Food collagen)
Instructions
- Brew your favorite coffee.
- Combine milk, creamer, vanilla, pumpkin and pumpkin spice in a microwave safe glass and microwave for 45 seconds.
- Once warmed, add in collagen or protein and froth until combined and frothy on the top.
- Pour your coffee into a mug and top with the the frothed pumpkin milk mixture.
- Tip with cinnamon and enjoy!
