Team delicious salads only! This salad is packed with so much flavor from lots of fresh and delicious ingredients. It’s amazing for your health all while tasting perfect with each bite. It’s great to make and serve for a group or to meal prep for the week. Plus, there are plenty of options to substitute any ingredient that you wish to make it meet your needs.

This healthy and delicious salad is made with real ingredients and fits seamlessly into the following dietary needs when using the products/brands (or ones that are similar) listed in the recipe:

Ingredients Equipment Method

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • ½ cup fresh parsley
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup dairy free mayo or ½ large avocado (I use Primal Kitchen Foods avocado mayo, use an avocado for vegan)
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar 
  • ½ cup olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 2-4 green onion stalks

Equipment

  • Blender or Food Processor

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or high powered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container up to a week.
