When I tell you this is an easy cocktail, I mean it. Not only does it require less than five ingredients and five minutes, but it’s made with better for you products so you can feel good about what you’re serving.
Pumpkin spice creamer is what gives this White Russian a festive twist. I use nutpods brand for dairy free products with clean ingredients that I use daily in my at home lattes. The best part? Dairy Free Pumpkin Spice White Russian
Ingredients
Pumpkin White Russian
- 1 – 1 ½ fl oz vodka (I use Tito's)
- 2 fl oz coffee liquer (I use kahlua)
- 3 fl oz pumpkin creamer (I use nutpods)
Garnishes
- cinnamon stick
- pumpkin spice or cinnamon
- milk ice cubes (I freeze creamer or almond milk)
Instructions
- Note: Ahead of time, I like to freeze almond milk or extra creamer in an ice cube mold so that the cocktail gets creamier instead of watered down, but this is optional!
- In a glass, add ice, vodka and coffee liquer. Stir together.
- Top with pumpkin creamer and stir.
- Garnish with pumpkin spice or cinnamon and a cinnamon stick if you'd like. Cheers!
