A NOTE ON CALORIE COUNT, NUTRITIONAL INFO AND SERVING SIZES
Due to my past experiences, I do not include most of the above information within my recipes as it is unsafe for me to do so personally. While I try to share a rough estimate when it comes to the serving size, please note that it is very subjective as we all have different hunger levels both from person to person and even from meal to meal.
If any of the above information is important to you, I understand! We are all different and have various goals and needs. If you’d like, you are welcome to calculate the information needed based on the ingredients you use when making one of my recipes.
I hope you understand! This comes from a place of love and protection both for myself and others like me. If you ever have any questions, send me an Instagram message for the quickest response time! Thank you for being here!

Creamy Coconut Blender Margarita
Equipment
- Blender
Ingredients
Creamy Coconut Margarita
- 2 ½ oz coconut cream
- 2 oz lime juice (I use fresh limes)
- 1 oz orange juice (I use fresh oranges)
- ½ oz honey (can sub simple syrup; my sugar free recipe is in this post!)
- 1 ½ oz tequila or tequila alternative (can omit completely)
Salty Lime Rim & Garnish (Optional)
- ice
- lime wedge and slice
- lime zest
- salt
- crushed coconut
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Run a lime over the rim of a glass and coat it in salt and lime zest.
- Fill a glass with ice and pour in the drink.
- Garnish with a lime slice/wedge and crushed coconut (optional!).
Sugar Free Simple Syrup
Ingredients
- equal parts water
- equal parts sugar free sugar replacement (I use Lakanto, can sub real sugar as well)
Instructions
- Combine water and "sugar" in a pot on the stove over medium heat. I typically use anywhere from ¼ cup of each (for a few drinks) to 1 cup+ each (for more drinks). It depends on how much you'll need!
- Bring to a slight simmer and keep an eye on the mixture, mixing lightly as it dissolves.
- Once it is clear and completely dissolved, your simple syrup is done!
- Pour the syrup into a resealable glass container and let cool before using it for your drinks.
