Whether you’re cooking up a fancy steak dinner or want a fresh and herby sauce to dunk potato wedges in, this Chimichurri Sauce is your best bet. It’s light and flavorful all while being packed with nutrients from fresh herbs and healthy fats from olive oil. Plus, it only takes about 5 minutes of your time to whip up. Need I say more?

Chimichurri Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 small shallot, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- ¼ tsp red wine vinegar
- ½ cup olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Measure all ingredients and place into blender or a food processor.
- Grate/blend ingredients until desired consistency. I wanted mine a little more thick as opposed to runny, but the choice is yours!
- Let cool in the fridge while cooking your dinner and serve when ready!
