This Cherry Chip Smoothie Bowl tastes just like an indulgent bowl of cherry chip ice cream, but you’d never know it was good for you and even has a veggie hidden in it! It takes a few minutes to blend together and makes for the perfect dessert to curve your sweets craving or for a balanced breakfast that’ll fuel your day.

Cherry Chip Smoothie Bowl
This Cherry Chip Smoothie Bowl recipe is adapted from my popular Cherry Chip Smoothie recipe (click here) so that it can be enjoyed with a spoon and topped with refined sugar free “Magic Shell.” Remember that chocolate that you grew up pouring onto ice cream that hardened? Well I made a good for you version with minimal ingredients and it makes a delicious topping on this bowl. Yes, I’m serious. This whole recipe tastes like desert, but is actually so good for you.
THE CHERRY ON TOP
So, obviously there are cherries in this smoothie bowl, but what else is it made up of that makes wanna be ice cream turned smoothie bowl good for you? Just a few real, whole ingredients!
- Cherries
- Cauliflower
- Almond Milk or Water
- Raw Cacao Nibs
- Chocolate Collagen/Protein Powder
- Coconut Oil (optional)
So basically, you’ve got your healthy fat from the coconut oil (aside from keeping you full, this also helps with the absorption of the sugar in the cherries), you have nutrients from the cauliflower (aka your veggie), and you have energy boosting protein from your protein powder or collagen to fuel you for whatever you have ahead of you!
For the protein, I like to use chocolate Further Food Collagen as it is free from added sugars, tastes amazing and is a great source of protein (and obviously collagen, too). Click here to shop it and get 15% off with my code “KK&F”!
