This Blended Vanilla Coconut Iced Latte is packed with health benefits yet tastes like a milkshake?! My dream. It’s made with just a few simple, healthy ingredients and you can even add protein powder for a little boost!

Blended Vanilla Coconut Iced Latte
What you’ll need:
- Espresso
- Coconut Cream
- Vanilla Bean Paste or Vanilla Extract
- Cymbiotika Nootropic Creamer (click here)
- Salt
- Vanilla Protein Powder or Collagen (optional, if not using, I’d recommend using a sweetener)
- Maple Syrup or Honey (optional, for added sweetness as desired)
- Toasted Coconut (optional, to garnish)
- Almond Milk (optional, to pour over top)

- Blend all of the latte ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Note that if the coconut cream separates, simply keep blending until it incorporates.
- In a tall glass, add ice, then pour in your latte.
- If you'd like, top with a little frothed milk and toasted coconut flakes. Enjoy!
