These easy & delicious no bake Berries & Homemade Whipped Cream Jars are the perfect customizable treat! They take hardly any effort and are made from just real food ingredients that you can pick and choose from to make them fit your needs and preferences.
Berries & Homemade Whipped Cream
This is such a fun, no bake dessert option as it’s of course delicious and easy but it’s also perfect for customizing or even having out for guests to make their own at a gathering. You can fully customize this recipe to make as many servings as you’d like as it depends on the size/shape of the jar you’re using. That being said, use whatever vessel you’d like from canning jars to drinking glasses if that’s what you have on hand. You’re also welcome to use your favorite berry or berries as well as making the base from crushed cookies, graham crackers or popcorn (like I did). If you’d rather, you can skip the base all together and enjoy the berries and cream alone. Get creative and make it all your own!
Homemade Whipped Cream
What you’ll need:
- 1 can coconut cream, chilled in the fridge overnight
- Powdered sugar or monk fruit powdered sugar
- Vanilla extract
- Hand mixer
- Large bowl
Tips & Tricks:
- Chill your can of coconut cream in the fridge overnight if you have the time, if not, it should be just fine!
- 30 minutes before you make the whipped cream, place your glass bowl and hand mixer beaters in the freezer to chill.
- Use only the hardened part of the can of coconut cream and leave behind the liquid.
- Save the coconut water for smoothies if you wish!
- Coconut cream can be tricky, so I always buy an extra can just incase I grabbed one that doesn’t hold its shape! If the coconut cream doesn’t hold its shape after a minute of mixing, opt for the new can.
