Tania Valtierra
Made your Greek salad recipe tonight and it was delicious. I think I went wrong somewhere through since the dressing was a bit on the thicker side. Would you suggest adding a little more olive oil? Iβm not sure if I used the wrong dry ingredients. Thank you!

I’m glad you loved it, Tania! In terms of the vinaigrette, it is on the “thicker” side I suppose because of the dried herbs. If you’d like it to be a little thinner next time, I think adding 1 tbsp olive oil and .5 tbsp red wine vinegar could help. It depends on your preference! As is, the vinaigrette really latches onto the salad ingredients without leaving excess in the bottom of the bowl. π

Aw I am seriously so thrilled you loved them both! A perfect pairing if you ask me. Thanks, Ashley! π
