Make it your own!

While this recipe has plant based protein from the chickpeas already, you can easily add in any of your favorite super foods to make this treat even more nutritious! When I make it, I love to add in a few scoops of my favorite collagen or protein powder and sometimes throw in some chia seeds and hemp seeds for additional health benefits!

If you’re looking for a a collagen to try, Further Food (click here) is my all time favorite brand! Their collagens are made with just four clean ingredients and the taste cannot be beat. Trust me, I’ve tried A LOT of different collagens. You can get a discount on their products with my code “KK&F”!

It’s easy too

All you do is throw your ingredients into a food processor and blend them together. Super simple! I like to enjoy it with pretzels as a dip but most often, I just dig in with a spoon.
