High Protein Fried Pickle Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (can sub sour cream and dairy free, as needed)
  • 1 cup cream cheese (can sub dairy free)
  • 1 cup pickles, diced (I use Bubbie's for no added sugar and probiotic benefit)
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • crackers, crushed, to top (optional, I use Simple Mills)

Instructions
 

  • For best results, use a food processor to blend the cottage cheese before hand which will make it super smooth.
  • Mix together all ingredients and top with crushed crackers as well as additional diced pickles and and chopped fresh chives. Be sure to add the crackers right before serving so they don't get soggy.
  • Serve with potato chips, crackers, pretzels or veggies! Would also be amazing as a sauce on a burger. Enjoy!
