1cupcottage cheese(can sub sour cream and dairy free, as needed)
1cupcream cheese(can sub dairy free)
1cuppickles, diced(I use Bubbie's for no added sugar and probiotic benefit)
1tbspgarlic powder
1tbsponion powder
1tbspdill
1tbspchives
salt & pepper, to taste
crackers, crushed, to top(optional, I use Simple Mills)
Instructions
For best results, use a food processor to blend the cottage cheese before hand which will make it super smooth.
Mix together all ingredients and top with crushed crackers as well as additional diced pickles and and chopped fresh chives. Be sure to add the crackers right before serving so they don't get soggy.
Serve with potato chips, crackers, pretzels or veggies! Would also be amazing as a sauce on a burger. Enjoy!
