1tbsprice vinegar(use apple cider vinegar for paleo)
½cupraw cashews
salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
Heat avocado oil or olive oil in a pan over medium to low heat.
Add in your chopped onion or shallot and cook until translucent, then add in the minced garlic and water chestnuts. Sauté everything together for a minute or so until fragrant.
Add in the turkey and cook until browned.
Add in the broccoli slaw or shredded cabbage, salt & pepper and the sauces and stir until combined.
Let simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens and absorbs.
Stir in the cashews and cook for a few minutes.
Spoon your finished product over top of lettuce wraps and top with green onions, sesame seeds and a squeeze of fresh lime.
