2-4ozvanilla almond milk or dairy free coffee creamer(I use MALK Organics or flavored nutpods, use more for a creamier martini)
2ozvodka(I use Tito's)
ice cubes
coffee beans to garnish, optional
Instructions
Measure and pour all ingredients (aside from coffee beans if you're using them) into a shaker with ice and shake until combined. Don’t have a shaker? Use a mason jar with a lid.
Strain into a martini glass and enjoy cold! If you’d like, you can chill your glass in the fridge prior. Cheers!
Notes
If you’re brewing your espresso, allow it to come to room temperature before making the cocktail. You can also sub espresso for cold brew. If you'd like to use coffee instead of espresso, after it chills, use 1/4 cup of the coffee to get a richer flavor like you do from espresso.
