Equipment

  • Waffle Iron

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cassava flour I use Otto's, you can get 15% off with code "kaylaskitchandfix"
  • 2 scoops collagen I use Further Food, you can get 5% off with code "KK&F" or sub favorite protein powder or 2 tbsp flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 3 tbsp monk fruit sweetener or sugar of choice I use Lakanto
  • 3 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 cup almond milk or water I use MALK Organics almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • additional oil for greasing your iron

Instructions
 

  • Mix together flour, collagen and baking soda. If not using collagen, you can swap it for your favorite protein powder or 2 tbsp of additional cassava flour.
  • In the same bowl, mix in the remaining ingredients until completely combined.
  • Heat and grease your waffle iron and bake! Makes 2-3 large waffles.
