Whole30 Turkey Burger Bowl

This Whole30 Turkey Burger Bowl is one of my favorite meals to make for lunch or dinner because it’s not only easy, but it’s great for customizing based off of what I have in the fridge. You can easily add in any veggies you have and also swap the turkey for beef if that’s more your thing.

Dill Pickle Dressing

DILL PICKLE Dressing

If you like pickles, you’re going to be obsessed with this dressing! It’s made with the delicious pickle juice from Bubbies. I have always loved their products for their delicious taste and clean ingredient list on everything they make. Click here to find Bubbies in a store near you!

When using ingredients recommended in the recipe below, the dill pickle dressing is:

  • gluten free
  • grain free
  • soy free
  • refined sugar free
  • dairy free
  • vegetarian
  • paleo
  • Whole30
  • vegan (sub for vegan mayo, but may no longer be paleo & Whole30)

A burger bowl is just not complete without french fries. Click here for my easy, delicious and healthy oven fry recipe! They’re Whole30, paleo and amazingly crispy! PS – you can the sub white potatoes for sweet potatoes if that’s what you prefer.

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

Turkey Burger
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
Toppings (Optional)
  • pickle slices
  • turkey bacon, chopped
  • lettuce
  • cherry tomatoes, halved
  • french fries (recipe linked above in blog post)
  • dill pickle dressing
  • ketchup
  • mustard
Dill Pickle Dressing
  • ½ cup avocado mayo
  • 3-4 tbsp pickle juice
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dill weed
  • sprinkle of salt

Method
 

  1. Cook ground turkey with spices and oil on the stove, breaking up as you go, until browned.
  2. Combine dill pickle dressing ingredients and mix until smooth.
  3. Assemble your burger bowl with your favorite burger fixings and enjoy!

    We made this for dinner last night and it was SO easy and so delicious. My boyfriend already asked if this could be in our regular rotation for meals so I think that means it was a hit 🌟

    Would give this more than 5 stars if possible! The dill dressing is amazing, and this was so easy to make. Safe to say I would not be surviving this round of Whole30 without KKF!!!
