I don’t know about you, but I’m in need of a reset. I haven’t been paying as much attention as I’m used to when it comes to what I’m choosing for my body, and I feel the difference. I can feel it in my energy, my mood and other aspects of my life. That being said, it’s time for a round of Whole30, and with it, I give to you my Whole30 eBook!
The best is yet to come
I truly believe that the best is still ahead, and while this year has been unpredictable, I want to feel my best whenever that best does come.
This will be my third round of Whole30 since first trying the program in the spring of 2019, and I cannot say enough good things about it. It makes me mindful, it makes my body work at its best, and overall, it makes me feel good.
Join in!
I want others to feel the way I do, so I decided to create a resource on how to understand, complete and benefit from the Whole30 program by compiling information and lessons I have learned while doing my own rounds.
I am going to start Whole30 on August 1st and am so excited to do it alongside so many of you! To help you along, I give you my FREE Whole30 eBook – August 2020 Edition.
A look inside
With the intent of helping you, I have included 11 pages of useful information, space for writing down your progress and thoughts, grocery lists, calendars to stay on track and more. You’ll also find a meal plan template that you can print multiple copies of to stay organized throughout your 30 days!
And finally, the Whole30 eBook
