This White Chocolate Holiday Snack Mix is perfect for gathering and/or gifting as it is addictingly delicious. Even if you prefer milk or dark chocolate to the white variety, I promise you, you won’t be able to stay out of this easy treat!
White Chocolate Holiday Snack Mix
Listen, I’m not a white chocolate fan; however, this snack mix ranks high on my favorite holiday treats! It is the perfect combination of salty and sweet, plus it’s customizable to meet the needs and preferences of yourself and of others. It also makes for the perfect thing to bring to any gathering, to make for a movie night in, or to separate and give as little gifts or favors!
This recipe is inspired by my sister in law. She makes something similar every holiday season and sends me home with a bag. Let me tell you, none of the treat makes it home as I eat the entire thing over the duration of the 45 minute drive home! I’m not kidding. I wanted to see if I could recreate it using different ingredients of various dietary needs, and let me tell you, my efforts did not disappoint!

White Chocolate Holiday Snack Mix
Ingredients
- 5 cups pretzels (I use Quinn twists)
- 1 cup peanuts
- 6 cups popcorn, popped (I use LesserEvil White Chocolate + Matcha popcorn)
- 2 cups chocolate candy pieces (I use Little Secrets or Hu Kitchen gems)
- 18-20 oz white chocolate, melted (I use Lily's)
- sprinkles, to garnish (optional, I use Super Natural)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine pretzels, peanuts, popcorn and chocolate candy. Set aside.
- Lay out parchment paper on a flat surface, such as a baking sheet. Set aside.
- Melt the white chocolate in a double broiler and stir constantly until smooth. If you don’t have a double broiler, heat the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in the microwave for 30 second increments, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Pour the chocolate into the bowl with the snack mix and gently fold it into the mix until it is evenly covered.
- Pour the covered mix onto the parchment paper and spread out so that it covers the parchment paper.
- Sprinkle on the sprinkles, then allow the treat mix to cool and set completely.
- After about an hour, or once the treat mix has hardened, break it up into pieces, as small or as large as you wish.
- Portion the treat mix out into little bags or jars to share as gifts/favors or pour it into a large container to serve at any gathering this season. Enjoy!
