This Sunshine Sparkler is packed with both nutrients and flavor from orange, lemon, carrot, ginger and turmeric. It tastes like sunshine poured over ice and is topped with sparkling water for the most refreshing and delicious mocktail (or cocktail)!

Sunshine Sparkler
What you’ll need:
- Carrots
- Oranges
- Lemons
- Ginger Root
- Turmeric Root
- Ice
- Sparkling Water
If you’d like, you can choose to add a shot or two of a spirit of choice for a cocktail version. I would recommend either tequila or gin!

Sunshine Sparkler
Equipment
- Juicer
Ingredients
- 16 oz carrots
- 4 lbs oranges
- 3 lemons
- 50 grams ginger root (can add up to 100 for more of a kick if desired!)
- 50 grames turmeric root
- sparkling water of choice
- lots of ice
Instructions
- Completely remove the peel from the oranges and the lemons to avoid any bitterness within the juice.
- Using a juicer, juice the oranges, lemons, carrots, ginger and turmeric and store in a jar with a lid in the fridge.
- When serving, pour approximately a cup of juice into a glass over ice and top with sparkling water. Cheers!
