Pomegranate & Cherry Elderberry Fizz Cocktail
This bubbly cocktail recipe (that can also be made to be alcohol free!) is a simple and delicious way to help support your immunity while sipping on a tart and delicious drink. The flavors are surprising yet complimentary, but it’s a very simple drink to throw together. You basically just pour the handful of ingredients into a glass with ice and you’re good to go!
Make it Your Own
If you’d like to make this cocktail into a mocktail with zero alcohol, you can leave out the prosecco/champagne or you can use an alcohol removed bubbly like this one from Fre.
I chose to use the Ginger Lemon OLIPOP for this sip as it is a prebiotic soda alternative that adds health benefits to the drink. I enjoy a can weekly as it is made with plant fiber that adds nutrients while tasting delicious. Pour one into a wine glass, like I do, and I promise you won’t regret it! If you don’t have access to OLIPOP, simply swap it for ginger ale/ginger beer and fresh lemon.
For the elderberry syrup in this recipe, I use Health Junkie‘s Cheeky Tart Cherry Elderberry Syrup. Healthy Junkie is a woman owned business that is local to me in Cleveland, Ohio. They have three delicious and nutritious flavors that you can shop online by clicking here! However, if you aren’t able to get your hands on this syrup, feel free to use elderberry syrup that is accessible to you.

I truly believe in working on supporting your immune health all year round and not just during the colder months. Pomegranate & Cherry Elderberry Fizz Cocktail
Ingredients
- ½ oz elderberry syrup (I use Tart Cherry flavor from Health Junkie)
- 1 oz pomegranate juice
- 1 oz sugar free simple syrup (Optional if you want it sweeter)
- 6 oz Ginger Lemon Olipop (1/2 can) (Can sub 6 oz ginger ale/ginger beer + squeeze fresh lemon)
- 3 oz prosecco/champagne (Omit for alcohol free or sub an alcohol free alternative, like Fre Wine brand)
Instructions
- In a glass with ice, add elderberry syrup, pomegranate juice and simple syrup (if you’re using it). Stir together.
- Top with Olipop (or ginger ale/ginger beer and fresh lemon) and prosecco/champagne and give a little stir.
