Something that always helps keep my meals fun and different while eating healthy is by adding different flavors, so I thought I would share my go-to Healthy Sauce Round-Up to make your meals anything but boring!
Healthy Sauce Round-Up
These sauces are my go-to blends of real ingredients that bring so much flavor to a variety of my meals. They are versatile and taste amazing, plus (aside from the Tzatziki which has diary)* they are all free from dairy, gluten, added sugar, inflammatory oils and grains which makes them fit into a Whole30 and paleo diet. Not to mention, they’re vegetarian too and can be tweaked in some cases to be vegan!
*The Tzatziki does contain high quality dairy, however it is great for vegetarians and is made using natural ingredients that will leave you feeling good.
Healthy & Easy
Not only are these sauces healthy while tasting amazing, they are also so easy to whip up! They each require a handful of real ingredients and less than 5 minutes of your time.

Ranch Dressing
