This easy 5 ingredient Healthy Pumpkin Spice Syrup is the perfect solution for homemade pumpkin coffees all season long. I have been trying I nail down the perfect recipe for years now and when I tell you this is it, this is it! Gone are the days of mixing pure pumpkin right into our drinks. The secret to a festive fall coffee that tastes like your favorite coffee shop is this syrup!
Pumpkin Spice Syrup
What you’ll need:
- Coconut Sugar (or brown sugar)
- Water
- Pure Canned Pumpkin
- Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Vanilla Extract
What to use it in:
- Hot Pumpkin Spice Latte
- Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte
- Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini (coming soon!)

Healthy Pumpkin Spice Syrup
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- ¼ cup pure pumpkin purée
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a pot on the stove over medium heat.
- Bring to a slight simmer and keep an eye on the mixture, mixing lightly as the sugar dissolves.
- Once the sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture has thickened slightly, your simple syrup is done! Allow to cool and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
