Dairy Free & Sugar Free Strawberry Matcha Latte
I used to truly dislike matcha, but this recipe turned me into a huge fan! It has just the right amount of sweetness, is super creamy and is so refreshing with delicious flavor. Whether you like matcha or not, I promise you will love this recipe! It may even teach you to like matcha, like it did for me.

Dairy Free & Sugar Free Strawberry Matcha Latte
Equipment
- Matcha Whisk or Handheld Frother
- Blender
Ingredients
Strawberry Milk
- 3 strawberries
- ¼ cup dairy free creamer or nut milk (I use nutpods)
- 2-3 drops liquid sweetener (optional, I use vanilla stevia)
- 1 scoop/tbsp vanilla collagen or protein powder (optional, I use Further Food vanilla collagen)
Classic Matcha Latte
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tbsp hot water
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- ½ cup nut milk of choice
Instructions
- Blend strawberries, creamer, (optional) sweetener and (optional) collagen powder/protein powder until smooth. Set aside.
- Heat water in the microwave for 45 seconds.
- Add matcha to a bowl with the hot water and whisk until no clumps remain.
- Pour milk into a glass with ice.
- Top with matcha and stir.
- Pour in the strawberry milk and enjoy!
