Dairy Free & Sugar Free Strawberry Matcha Latte

I used to truly dislike matcha, but this recipe turned me into a huge fan! It has just the right amount of sweetness, is super creamy and is so refreshing with delicious flavor. Whether you like matcha or not, I promise you will love this recipe! It may even teach you to like matcha, like it did for me.

Dairy Free & Sugar Free Strawberry Matcha Latte

Ingredients
  

Strawberry Milk
  • 3 strawberries 
  • ¼ cup dairy free creamer or nut milk (I use nutpods)
  • 2-3 drops liquid sweetener (optional, I use vanilla stevia)
  • 1 scoop/tbsp vanilla collagen or protein powder (optional, I use Further Food vanilla collagen)
Classic Matcha Latte
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tbsp hot water
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • ½ cup nut milk of choice

Equipment

  • Matcha Whisk or Handheld Frother
  • Blender

Method
 

  1. Blend strawberries, creamer, (optional) sweetener and (optional) collagen powder/protein powder until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Heat water in the microwave for 45 seconds.
  3. Add matcha to a bowl with the hot water and whisk until no clumps remain.
  4. Pour milk into a glass with ice.
  5. Top with matcha and stir.
  6. Pour in the strawberry milk and enjoy!

      I typically use Pique! For full health benefits, just be sure what you’re using is ceremonial grade. 🙂

    This matcha recipe has changed my life! I was hesitant to try strawberry with matcha but WOW do they go together. I have made it every single day since I first tried it! It even got me out of bed early before work to make it (BIG deal for me lol)! Highly recommend trying this 🙂
