Welcome to my Weekly Meal Plan – Week of 08/24/20! Having to cook is enough work, I’m here to take the guess work out of what’s on the menu each week with these curated meal plans. Each Friday I share a Meal Plan with recipes that will make you feel great and satisfied! Included you’ll find a list of a few different recipe ideas, a grocery list and a meal planning calendar.

Weekly Meal Plan – Week of 08/24/20

This will be my last week of my third round of Whole30. It’s gone so fast! Since I’m still going strong, you can expect to see nothing but W30 recipes for the rest of August. Don’t worry, though. They’re so delicious even the most picky eater in your family will have no idea these meals are healthy!

You call the shots!

Feel free to make and enjoy these recipes on any day that fits into your schedule. You can even swap a lunch suggestion for dinner and vice versa. It’s your call!

Keep in mind that if you’re in a two person household (like me) or maybe will just be eating these recipes solo (also sometimes like me, haha!), it is likely that there will be leftovers, so plan ahead for that! Nothing better than having dinner leftovers for lunch, right? Makes the next day so easy!

The Recipes

Below you’ll find links to the recommended recipes for a week full of delicious and nourishing KK&F Whole30 meals. If you’d like to swap out a recipe, search “Whole30” in the search bar for lots of additional options. You can also print out the meal planning sheet at the end of the Weekly Meal Plan document to map out your week. Now, let’s get cooking!

Breakfast:

  • Hash Brown Egg Cups
  • Sweet Potato Waffle Breakfast Sammy

Lunch:

  • Asian Inspired Meatballs w/ Broccolini & Pine Nuts
  • Spinach Artichoke Chicken
  • Pineapple Chicken Lettuce Wraps w/ Coleslaw

Snacks:

  • Hard Boiled Egg & Brussels Sprout Chips
  • Mixed Berries w/ Almond Butter, Unsweetened Coconut Flakes & Cinnamon

Dinner:

  • Chili Ranch Loaded Sweet Potato Fries
  • Cassava Flour Breaded Chicken over Salad (your choice! I love it with arugula, carrots, cucumber and lemon/avocado oil drizzle)
  • Steak w/ Chimichurri Sauce & Crispy Bacon & Chive Smashed Potatoes
