Cold Brew Popsicles (GF, DF, Paleo)

These easy and delicious Cold Brew Popsicles are the perfect healthy way to cool down with a slightly sweet energy boost. They only use a few simple ingredients and are soooo delicious that I am more than happy to replace them for my second coffee of the day.

What you’ll need:

  • Cold Brew
  • Coconut Cream
  • Maple Syrup
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Salt

Servings: 4 popsicles, give or take
Course: Brunch, Coffee, Dessert
Ingredients Equipment Method

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cold brew
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch salt

Equipment

  • Popsicle Mold & Popsicle Sticks

Method
 

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender and pour into a popsicle mold. Depending on the size of the mold, the popsicle number may vary.
  2. Freeze for 4 hours.
  3. Once frozen, remove from the mold and enjoy!

      I’m not sure! I’m allergic to oats so I have never worked with that!
