These Healthy Taco Bowls are made with all real ingredients and are perfect for weekday meal prep and fun gatherings alike. They’re perfect to customize to meet the dietary needs and taste preferences of anyone as well!

I love a bowl for breakfast, lunch or dinner. They are so amazing because they are always packed with nourishment and flavor while being ideal to have prepped in the fridge to enjoy throughout the week. I also love that they are so easy to customize depending on your dietary needs or even what you’re craving day to day!

DIETARY NOTES

This recipe is made with real ingredients and fits seamlessly into the following dietary needs when using the products/brands (or ones that are similar) listed in the recipe:

  • gluten free
  • soy free
  • refined/added sugar free
  • dairy free
  • grain free (using my grain free chips; omitting rice)
  • paleo (using my grain free chips; omitting rice)
  • nut free
  • vegetarian (using compliant protein)
  • vegan (using compliant protein)
  • Whole30 (omitting rice & chips)

  • Shredded lettuce/greens
  • Salsa/cherry tomatoes
  • Avocado/guacamole
  • Red onion
  • Grain free tortilla chips (click here for my recipe!)
  • Fresh herbs (cilantro, chives, etc.)
  • Hot sauce/taco sauce/ranch/etc.
  • Anything else you like!
