Whole30 Turkey Burger Bowl
This Whole30 Turkey Burger Bowl is one of my favorite meals to make for lunch or dinner because it’s not only easy, but it’s great for customizing based off of what I have in the fridge. You can easily add in any veggies you have and also swap the turkey for beef if that’s more your thing.

Whole30 Turkey Burger Bowl
Ingredients
Turkey Burger
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
Toppings (Optional)
- pickle slices
- turkey bacon, chopped
- lettuce
- cherry tomatoes, halved
- french fries (recipe linked above in blog post)
- dill pickle dressing
- ketchup
- mustard
Dill Pickle Dressing
- ½ cup avocado mayo
- 3-4 tbsp pickle juice
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dill weed
- sprinkle of salt
Instructions
- Cook ground turkey with spices and oil on the stove, breaking up as you go, until browned.
- Combine dill pickle dressing ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Assemble your burger bowl with your favorite burger fixings and enjoy!
