Dairy Free & Sugar Free Hot Chocolate Mix
This recipe makes the most delicious hot chocolate mix that is chocolatey and creamy. It’s also so easy that you just need 3 ingredients and 3 minutes! It is the perfect DIY gift this season when poured into a cute little reusable jar and paired with a mug. It’s really so simple yet very thoughtful!
To make this recipe, you will need:
- coconut milk powder
- cocoa powder
- monk fruit
To turn it into hot chocolate, just mix 2 tbsp of the mix with 1 – 1 1/2 cups of warmed nut milk. That’s it!

Equipment
- Strainer
- Sealable Jar
Ingredients
- ½ cup monk fruit (can sub sugar of choice)
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup coconut milk powder
Instructions
- Whisk together ingredients until combined.
- Strain the mix into a container or bowl to get rid of any clumps.
- To serve, combine 2 tbsp mix with 1 – 1 ½ cups nut milk or milk of choice. Coconut milk makes it extra creamy!
