After the holidays pass, I almost always do a round of Whole30 to get back to feeling my best as well as getting back into a healthy eating routine. That being said, I still want to eat deliciously while staying healthy, so I’m always in my kitchen coming up with creative ways to do just that.

With the Super Bowl at the beginning of the year, I know I’m not alone in wanting to eat well without missing out, so I created this Healthy Super Bowl Appetizer Ideas roundup for anyone needing some inspiration!

In a world of charcuterie boards, why not make one with a Super Bowl spin? This board is packed with healthy snacks and bites while being full of flavor and something for everyone. Plus, the green and orange theme makes it feel festive for the occasion!

What you’ll need/what I used:

  • Carrot Sticks
  • Celery Sticks
  • Green Grapes
  • Cucumber Slices
  • Green Olives
  • Kiwi
  • Buffalo Cauliflower Bites (recipe here!)
  • Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wings (recipe here!)
  • Extra Buffalo/Hot Sauce
  • Ranch Dressing (recipe here!)
  • Red Pepper Flakes
  • Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
  • Whole30 Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wings

You can use both cauliflower and chicken wings on this board, but if you are serving a vegetarian, just be sure to space them out and separate them with rows of veggies or fruit!

The Best (and better for you) Ranch Dressing

As a Midwest girl, ranch dressing is a MUST. Not to be dramatic, but this recipe is so good, I could eat it on everything. I don’t, but I could. It is made with just a few simple and real ingredients, so it will leave you feeling good, too!

  • Deviled Eggs
  • Potato Salad Stuffed Potato Skins
