This 3 Ingredient Blender Espresso Martini recipe is easy to make for one or a whole group yet they are so delicious with the most perfect foamy top. They take out all of the typical effort it takes to make this cocktail so it’s perfect for batching and blending. This way, you won’t have to play bartender all night and you can even present them in a tower, if you’d like!
3 Ingredient Blender Espresso Martini
The following ingredients are a foolproof way for me to achieve that gorgeous brown martini color with a fluffy foam top! Plus, the ingredients are free from refined sugar and dairy (depending on the vodka you use).
Click the below ingredients to be taken to the product/brand I use and recommend.
What you’ll need:
- Chilled Espresso or Cold Brew
- Nutpods Coffee Creamer (I like this one or this one for a little bit sweeter)
- Vodka
- Coconut Sugar (optional for a touch of sweetness, can sub Brown Sugar)
- Coffee Beans, to garnish
I have tried this recipe with Kahlua instead of the Nutpods and it just does not get the frothy top. If you have a different coffee liqueur you like and know works well, you can try that in this recipe!
Espresso Martini Tower, anyone?
This recipe is great for serving a group as you can multiply the recipe by however many you’re serving and make it easily in a blender! I am telling you the foamy top lasts for so much longer than any espresso martini I’ve ever had, so you can pour these right before your guests arrive without worrying about them going flat!
You can absolutely make this recipe for 1-2 in a traditional cocktail shaker as well. As always, be sure to shake for a full 30 seconds-1 minute to ensure it gets that foam!
A NOTE ON CALORIE COUNT, NUTRITIONAL INFO AND SERVING SIZES
Due to my past experiences, I do not include most of the above information within my recipes as it is unsafe for me to do so personally. While I try to share a rough estimate when it comes to the serving size, please note that it is very subjective as we all have different hunger levels both from person to person and even from meal to meal.
If any of the above information is important to you, I understand! We are all different and have various goals and needs. If you’d like, you are welcome to calculate the information needed based on the ingredients you use when making one of my recipes.
I hope you understand! This comes from a place of love and protection both for myself and others like me. If you ever have any questions, send me an Instagram message for the quickest response time! Thank you for being here!
